Activation

Thanks - check your email.

Your activation code is on its way to the email address you used at checkout. Once it arrives, open the Roster desktop app and go to Settings → Licence → Activate to paste it in.

  1. The code is one-time and expires 24 hours after purchase. Missed the window? Request a fresh one below - it takes a few seconds.
  2. Activation binds the licence to the machine you paste it on. To move it later, just activate again on the new machine - the licence moves there automatically and the previous machine drops to free within a few minutes of its next refresh (or up to 4 days if it stays offline).
  3. No email after a few minutes? Check spam, request another code below, or email support@accountroster.com.

Moving to a new PC, or lost your code?

Enter the email you used at checkout. If it has an active subscription, we'll send a fresh activation code straight away - codes stay one-time and short-lived, you just don't need the original email to get another.
