Roster keeps working. Your vault stays. Every account you already added stays usable - you can keep launching and refreshing them all. The free-tier cap only kicks in when you try to add a new account beyond three; until you're back under that, the Add Account button is disabled and existing entries are untouched. Nothing is deleted. Resubscribe and the cap lifts again.
Not for sale. Every load-bearing piece of Roster sits on top of something we don't control (the Roblox client, Windows APIs, anti-cheat), so a "lifetime" promise on that foundation isn't something we want to take money for. We do issue occasional lifetime grants by hand - for early supporters, statutory remedies, or contributors - but those aren't a product you can purchase.
One at a time, but moving is friction-free. On first activation, the app derives a hardware fingerprint and contacts the licensing server once to bind the licence to that machine. From then on it verifies locally and only needs to reach the server briefly once a day - it keeps working offline for up to 4 days between refreshes, then falls back to Free until it can reconnect. To switch machines, activate on the new one with an activation code and the licence moves there automatically; the previous machine drops to free on its next daily refresh. Your activation code is in your purchase email - codes are one-time and expire 24 hours after purchase, so if yours has lapsed, email support and we'll send a fresh one.
We can't control Roblox's moderation and we don't warrant against terminations. A termination isn't grounds for a refund of a Plus subscription, except where the mandatory consumer law that applies to you provides a remedy. See the Return Policy.
All purchases are final - Plus is non-refundable. The only exception is where the mandatory consumer law in your country requires a refund (for example, fitness-for-purpose remedies or an EU/UK cooling-off right); those rights are always preserved. We don't do "no questions asked", satisfaction, or change-of-mind refunds. The Free tier lets you try the core workflow before you pay. See the Return Policy.
No. Plus is $3.99/mo for everyone. Region pricing for a few currencies where parity is wildly off (BR, AR, TR, IN, NG, EG, PH, ID) is the only adjustment.
Checkout runs on Whop, which handles cards and whatever region-appropriate alternatives Whop supports at the time of purchase.
